5/7/2012 Mary A. Norton, MA ***** STARS Let me start with saying that I have been getting Brazilian waxes for many years. My usual lady started a family and left the business three years ago. The next year I tried a number of different spas, all with horrible experiences. I had actually given up on waxing two years ago but then when I saw the living social coupon I figured it was worth a shot for the price. I can't say enough good things about Joan. She is very experienced in hair removal and very thorough. She has been doing this for over 30 years! She did work in smaller patches, which some people might not like because let's face it waxing is no stroll in the park, but I was very pleased with the results. The few strands that did not come with the wax she tweezed out. I was very pleased with her thoroughness, experience, and the overall care I was given.
