5/24/2012 Katie F. Waltham, MA **** STARS I'm reading through the recent reviews and am shocked at the bad ones. I went today and had a great experience. I bought the Living Social and made my appointment easily yesterday. I met with Joan and she was great, chatty, very professional. She got all my ingrown hairs and I had minimal pain, if you wax you know how awful some experiences can be. The salon itself was very nice, but I will leave off one star because I do think the waxing room could be a little cleaner. And I would love if you could use some newer waxes made for people with sensitive skin like myself. It worries me a little when I walk in and see the pot of wax open and dripping down the sides of the container. The guy at the front desk was super nice too, wasn't sure if he was the manager.
